- The U-turns for both directions of S.R. 84 at Pine Island Road are closed through October 2010

From University Drive to Davie Road
- Place temporary pavement on westbound S.R. 84 to widen the roadway for a traffic shift
- Placing sod along the shoulders of the temporary pavement
- Clearing foliage along westbound S.R. 84
- Concrete barrier wall will be placed along the center median of I-595
